Offers assistance to families who face the need to travel for childhood cancer treatment. Transportation and lodging accommodations are available to one caregiver who meet the criteria. Funds are not intended to be the sole source of travel assistance, and can only fund out-of-pocket, upfront travel expenses (no reimbursements). Assistance is only available for travel within the US and Canada.
Provides air and ground transportation at no cost to Veterans who need to travel to clinical treatment or service dog acquisition and training. Assistance options include: gas cards, or commercial bus or Amtrak tickets, to medical-related treatment. These trips are for non-local medical care more than 50 miles away. Gas cards are also available for multiple trips to local treatment.
Provides non-emergency medical air transportation to specialized medical care centers for patients and their caregivers who cannot afford transportation costs to one-time or regular visits to long-distance healthcare.
Provide free flights on corporate aircraft for cancer patients traveling for surgery, clinical trials, or second opinions to top U.S. treatment centers, aiming to ease physical, emotional, and financial stress.
