Offers limited financial assistance to qualified individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Assistance can be provided for: durable medical equipment, home and car modifications, transportation to medical appointments, and respite home care services.

Offers a quality of life grant of up to $500, per fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), for individuals affected by a frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) disorder. Applicants can use the grant as a supplement for equipment, services, and supplies not available through their own income, benefits, and/or insurance. Examples of things covered by the grant include, but are not limited to communication tools (writing board, computer software, apps, etc.), transportation costs, home adaptations etc.

Provides case-managed social services and limited medical assistance to veterans and their families, with a focus on families with disabled children. Assistance includes payment of medical equipment, utility bills, rent, car repairs, and other needed one-time gifts. All situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Provides individuals and families with craniofacial differences with emotional support, discussion groups, and resources. Services includes patient and parent educational materials, physician referrals, financial assistance for food, travel, and lodging, and referrals to a network of support groups.

Provides temporary financial assistance to individuals and families who have been impacted by a long-term illness, injury, or disability. The fund provides grants to qualifying individuals in the tri-state area for health-related needs as well as for family and household needs.

Provides limited financial assistance to patients in active treatment for treatment related expenses such as transportation to treatment, homecare, or child care.

Provides direct assistance to cancer patients who need help paying for their expenses that the insurance company will not cover.

Offers financial assistance and support to injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. Services may include housing assistance, transportation, caregiver support, bedside financial support, and specialized equipment support.
