Provides direct assistance to cancer patients who need help paying for their expenses that the insurance company will not cover.

Offers a quality of life grant of up to $500, per fiscal year (July 1st - June 30th), for individuals affected by a frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) disorder. Applicants can use the grant as a supplement for equipment, services, and supplies not available through their own income, benefits, and/or insurance. Examples of things covered by the grant include, but are not limited to communication tools (writing board, computer software, apps, etc.), transportation costs, home adaptations etc.

Provides financial assistance for underinsured individuals diagnosed with an eligible chronic and/or life-threatening disease. Helps cover coinsurance, copayments, health care premiums, deductibles for certain medications, and treatment therapies.

Provides financial assistance with co-payment insurance costs for chemotherapy and targeted cancer treatment drugs. Please check website for covered diagnoses.

Offers help paying some or all Medicare Parts B and D premiums, deductible, co-insurance and/or co-pay costs. Offers Medicare Savings Programs (QMB, SLMB and QI-1), and a low income subsidy known as "Extra Help"
