Offers case management services for individuals and families infected or affected by HIV disease. Services may include information and referral services for housing and utility assistance, nutritional assistance, and community presentations on HIV/AIDS. Also offered, is treatment case management, which includes assistance with medication regimens and pharmaceutical assistance program, individual & group health education and risk reduction.

Aiming to provide high-impact prevention services, the program assists both HIV-negative and HIV-positive individuals at risk for HIV acquisition or transmission, aiming to reduce risk behaviors and enhance overall health outcomes.Key services include:- Conducting Rapid HIV Testing: Offering a free and confidential service with results available in 20 minutes, accessible on-site and through the Mobile Testing Unit traveling across Monmouth and Ocean Counties.- Offering Harm Reduction Services: Providing free syringes and injection equipment for individuals injecting drugs and/or hormones, along with harm reduction counseling and overdose prevention counseling. The program also facilitates low-threshold buprenorphine induction for eligible individuals seeking medically assisted opioid treatment.- Providing PrEP Counseling: Offering counseling services to gay and bisexual men who perceive themselves at high risk for HIV, with counselors available both in-office and within the community.

Provides Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis counseling.

On-site services also include social services, financial eligibility assistance, support groups, and community activities, with outpatient care provided by two physicians certified in infectious diseases and internal medicine who personally follow registered patients, including hospitalization if required.

Provides the Native American community information to spread awareness about HIV/AIDS. Combats discrimination in treatment practices, as well as aid in prevention and treatment.

Provides information and resources regarding the treatment and care of people living with HIV/AIDS. In alignment with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the NJ State Department of Health and Human Services, the center helps resolve issues that trouble HIV/AIDS clients by providing both individual and group support, as well as recommending other appropriate services.

Provides community-based, non-medical case management services to people living with HIV in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Case Managers can meet individuals in their homes or places in the community that are comfortable and confidential to provide guidance and assistance with medical care, medication adherence, social, community, financial and other services as needed. Community Health Workers are also available and offer a unique support role due to their shared life experiences with the individuals they serve.

Provides a range of services, including social/educational groups for LGBTQ youth and seniors, specialized support groups, HIV prevention support for women of color, linkage to HIV care, treatment adherence counseling, HIV Pre-Exposure Prevention (PrEP) counseling, transgender-affirming counseling, brief support counseling, LGBTQ-affirming service referrals, mentoring, and career development. Additionally, offers LGBTQ intern programs, community events, youth-focused education on HIV/STI prevention, substance abuse prevention, intimate partner violence, LGBTQ history, healthy relationships, and anti-bullying, along with continuing professional education programs for health, academic, and social service providers.

Supporting individuals and families affected by the AIDS crisis, the organization provides services such as assistance with emergency finances, housing placement, re-entry planning post-incarceration, psychosocial support, and participation in the Wellness Community at Hyacinth.

Addresses the most important issues facing minority lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender youth, and their allies (LGBTA) in Camden City, with a priority on young men who have sex with men (YMSM), through the innovative and creative Y-MAD Program. The goal is HIV prevention, coupled with building self-esteem and fostering positive self-image among LGBT youth in Camden City. The program includes outreach, health education/risk reduction sessions, and prevention case management for YMSM.

Provides HIV/AIDS prevention services that includes HIV rapid testing and counseling for both individuals and couples, street and community outreach, life skills development, health education and risk-reduction programming. It is committed to providing an array of services focused on positively changing individual increased risk behavior.

Offers HIV counseling, testing, referrals to care and treatment, and social service agencies.

Allows individuals to exchange used syringes for new ones. The program also allows clients to get other supplies and information/referrals as needed.

Provides free, confidential HIV and STI testing, outreach, and health education. Also helps to identify and access medical care and supportive services, including treatment adherence, HIV prevention counseling, substance abuse counseling, and risk reduction counseling.

Provides a range of free HIV prevention, testing, and counseling services in Essex and Union Counties, including on-site and mobile van options, educating individuals on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and facilitating access to medical and social services for those HIV positive but not yet in treatment, while offering educational and risk-reduction programs to all high-risk community members, regardless of HIV status.

Provides the following services for HIV positive individuals case management services to those with HIV/AIDS, support groups called treatment and education, personal issues group, movie and dinner, assisting people living with HIV and their family/friends in understanding medications and supporting adherence of AIDS drug regimes, on-going education and information/advocacy for access for care and treatment.
