Aiming to provide high-impact prevention services, the program assists both HIV-negative and HIV-positive individuals at risk for HIV acquisition or transmission, aiming to reduce risk behaviors and enhance overall health outcomes.Key services include:- Conducting Rapid HIV Testing: Offering a free and confidential service with results available in 20 minutes, accessible on-site and through the Mobile Testing Unit traveling across Monmouth and Ocean Counties.- Offering Harm Reduction Services: Providing free syringes and injection equipment for individuals injecting drugs and/or hormones, along with harm reduction counseling and overdose prevention counseling. The program also facilitates low-threshold buprenorphine induction for eligible individuals seeking medically assisted opioid treatment.- Providing PrEP Counseling: Offering counseling services to gay and bisexual men who perceive themselves at high risk for HIV, with counselors available both in-office and within the community.
Provides counseling, education, and access to PrEP medication to prevent HIV infection.

Provides a range of free HIV prevention, testing, and counseling services in Essex and Union Counties, including on-site and mobile van options, educating individuals on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and facilitating access to medical and social services for those HIV positive but not yet in treatment, while offering educational and risk-reduction programs to all high-risk community members, regardless of HIV status.

Provides community-based, non-medical case management services to people living with HIV in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Case Managers can meet individuals in their homes or places in the community that are comfortable and confidential to provide guidance and assistance with medical care, medication adherence, social, community, financial and other services as needed. Community Health Workers are also available and offer a unique support role due to their shared life experiences with the individuals they serve.
