Assistance includes NJ Family Care and Medicaid enrollment, as well as special programs for Medicaid-qualified individuals such as Long Term Care expense assistance, hospice programs, waivers for AIDS and Brain Injury patients, and non-emergency medical transportation.

Provides comprehensive services for the elderly and their families, including care management, individual and marital counseling, information & referral, coordination of homemaker service, transportation, widow/widowers group, and volunteer services. Programs for families of the elderly feature consultation, family counseling, case management, assessment and planning, housing information, nursing home referrals, support and therapy groups, and Caring Connections. Additionally, sponsors a Kosher Meals on Wheels program for eligible persons and offers opportunities for volunteers, specialized services, and assistance to Holocaust survivors.
