The VNA home care team includes registered dietitians. Upon the recommendation of a visiting nurse or a client's doctor, in-home consultations are available to assist in variety of ways.
Offers both individual and group nutrition counseling that is designed to educate clients and others to make the better food choices. Counseling sessions are free of charge, and are held at MANNA offices and partner organizations. When appropriate, sessions can also be held over the phone.
Nutritional counseling services are available by appointment for patients needing information on modified diets or eating plans.
Provides information and resources on early identification, treatment and promotion of good health habits to ensure that children are healthy, safe and ready to learn. The program is made up of three integral parts: Physical Health, Nutrition and Oral Health.
