Offers three levels of courses, including a basic and advanced course. In each level, students learn how to listen, speak, write and read in the English language. Students will also describe American cultural practices, ad learn relevant aspects of USA history, government, and geography, as well as preparation to become American citizens.
Offers citizenship instruction and naturalization application assistance to eligible non-citizen permanent residents. The program works with participants in helping them prepare for the civics test and interview portion of the naturalization process.

Supporting families in managing parenting stress and everyday challenges, the FSC promotes positive outcomes for children, youth, and families, fostering increased involvement through formal and informal support networks.
