Offers a match savings program for low-income families who are saving up to buy a house, further their education, or start a business. Allows low-income elementary to high school age students to save for education tuition, supplies, fees, and computer equipment. For every $1 that qualified participants deposit, the IDA program will deposit an additional $2.

Provides federal grants, loans, and work-study funds to students attending college or career school. Services include: informing students and families of aid and programs available to them; accurately disbursing, reconciling, and accounting for federal student aid funds that are delivered to students at colleges and universities; managing repayment from federal loan borrowers; developing FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid); processing student submissions annually; and a helpline that provides free assistance to students, parents, and borrowers with the financial aid process.

Provides help to people to go back to and through college. Services are provided by agency advisors and by academic advisors from partner colleges. Services available include academic advising, financial aid, learning strategies, retention, academic remediation.
