Provides information and referral for immigrants, regardless of immigration status, in the Morristown area. Services include: Legal consultation, Work related advocacy, ESL classes, Literacy in Spanish, Language translation, Seminars and workshops on issues of interest to immigrants, including Latin American culture.

Provides to individual counseling, education workshops, and information regarding current immigration policies and benefits available. They may meet with our accredited Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) Accredited Representative to assess their unique needs and learn what their individual options are for immigration benefits.

Provides immigration services for immigrants. Services may include legal counseling related to immigration and assistance with citizenship forms and DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) renewals, green cards, and visa extensions.

Assists individuals with low-cost immigration legal services through its immigration program, staffed by an immigration attorney and a DOJ Accredited Representative. Handles various cases, including consultations on all immigration matters, family petitions, permanent residence, citizenship, employment authorization, Temporary Protected Status, Suspension of Deportation (NACARA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

The Center for Citizenship and Legal Immigration (CCLI) provides low-cost immigration consultations and services to assist immigrants in obtaining lawful status, applying for citizenship, and defending against deportation. These services may include Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Waivers, Asylum, Citizenship/Naturalization, Assistance for Unaccompanied minors with removal proceedings, Assistance for Survivors of Domestic Violence and other violent crimes, among others.

Immigration Assistance Program provides assistance to clients with immigration needs by providing low - cost, fee - for - service legal assistance in all phases of immigration and naturalization proceedings, representation in deportation or exclusion proceedings before Immigration Court, and assistance in any matter involving immigration and citizenship.

Assists residents in service area with various immigration matters, emphasizing services such as affirmative applications, refugee processing, temporary protected status, removal of conditions, appeals, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, relief under the Convention Against Torture, U Visas, and immigration detention cases on an individual basis.

Provides affordable, quality legal representation for immigrants so they do not have to use high priced private attorneys or unqualified notaries. Legal staff accept the following types of cases: citizenship, family petitions, work permits (NACARA, VAWA) and domestic violence cases. The program also organizes between six and eight community information meetings a year to inform immigrants of U.S. immigration laws and report on potential changes proposed or approved by Congress.
