Provides low income families residing in Monmouth County with access to public and private transportation. Qualified individuals receive either bus passes or taxi vouchers to assist them with transportation to and from work and other essential appointments.

Provides various transportation services including car repair, assistance with obtaining or restoring a driver's license, bus or light rail passes, insurance premiums, and an emergency transportation service. Each service has its own eligibility requirements.

Provides information and assistance on available programs and benefits for senior citizens. Services include: Application assistance; Application for fuel assistance and PAAD Programs; Home visits and efforts to find and seek those in need of help; Advocacy for senior citizens and disabled.

Provides reduced fares to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities on NJ Transit trains, busses, and light rail vehicles.
