Offering information, referrals, financial aid, and service linkages, Edna's Haven supports individuals experiencing homelessness, while also providing health screenings, computer access, veteran's services, and job fairs periodically. Through case management, it facilitates connections to community resources encompassing health, housing, mental health, job skills, ESL tutoring, and serving as a mailing address for job seekers.
Offers a safe place during the daytime for homeless individuals and those suffering from a substance abuse addiction. Services available at the center includes showers, laundry, food, support groups, assistance with accessing services, and educational and life lessons workshops.
Offers extensive one-on-one case management through the Coordinated Entry Program for homeless individuals and families, providing comprehensive intake, assessment, and program linkage for housing and supportive services. Case managers guide consumers in understanding available resources, eligibility, and facilitate connections. Additionally, GSECDC's Drop-In Centers welcome all homeless individuals and families in Hudson County during open hours.
