Provides meals and a wellness check visit for people in need due to age or disability.
Delivers hot, noon-time meals to homebound senior citizens. Two additional meals can be delivered to clients on weekends.
Provides a midday meal that is delivered directly to the home of homebound adults. The program assists eligible adults who are unable to shop and prepare their own meals, so that they can remain in the community with independence and dignity.
Assists seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers by providing information, application assistance, and referrals on a wide range of topics including adult day care, benefits eligibility, health issues, housing, legal services, transportation, and wellness programs, among others.

Additionally, sponsors a Kosher Meals on Wheels program for eligible persons and offers opportunities for volunteers, specialized services, and assistance to Holocaust survivors.

Operating as a multi-purpose facility within the Howell Township municipal complex, it offers a range of social and educational programs for Farmingdale and Howell Township residents aged 60 and over. Services include nutrition options like lunch at the center or through Meals on Wheels, transportation, health screenings, safe driving programs, and classes covering self-defense, computers, watercolors, arts and crafts, exercise, health, legal issues, financial matters, and scams impacting seniors. Additionally, case management services are available with a full-time NJ CSW licensed social worker on staff, along with various social activities such as bingo, holiday parties, and local trips to places like movies, restaurants, and Point Pleasant beach.
