Assists youth, ages 14 - 17, in establishing lifelong community connections. Supports individuals in finding family or mentors for transitioning into adulthood, offering aid in high school, job search, career planning, and college/vocational school applications. Services include: counseling, prevention education, life skills training, social and leadership development, family searches, recreational activities, community engagement, educational advocacy, and mentoring.
