Outpatient Substance Use Services | Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network (NECHN)
Provides structured and supervised outpatient and co-occurring substance abuse programs tailored to the level of treatment required. Services include, but are not limited to, telephone and in-person screening, on-site laboratory services, counseling sessions, and guidance for medical follow-up.
