Matches trained volunteers with homebound/disabled elderly for companionship and support. Support may include linkages to community resources and assistance with small tasks such as shopping, bill paying, gardening, hobbies, light chores and reading.

Application process
Call to schedule an appointment. An in-home assessment by the program director is required.
Eligibility
For volunteering, adults. Serves elderly, disabled homebased individuals. Application, interview and background check will be completed.
