Emergency Shelter | Family Promise of Monmouth County

Offers temporary shelter through hotel placement to working families with dependent children who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing. Families are stabilized while they address barriers to independent living. Families who are receiving government assistance (TANF, SSI, SSD, or have a housing voucher) are ineligible.

Eligibility

Displaced parent(s) or guardian(s) with children, and late-term pregnant women. Applicants must be physically and mentally stable, with no recent history of serious criminal activity. Applicants must be also working or seeking work. Background checks and drug testing is required of all applicants.
