Passages Transitional Living Program | Visions and Pathways

Provides a residential transitional living program for 12 young men and women, ages 16 through 21. While in residence, participants are expected to finish school and work part-time. They also learn independent-living skills such as food preparation, financial literacy, finding housing and employment and tools to equip them to live independently when they leave.

Application process

A referral packet and interview are required. Most residents are referred into this program through the DCP&P.Please call for more information.

Eligibility

Open to young men and women, ages 16 through 21, who cannot live at home because of family crisis.

Provides services that are dedicated to meeting the needs of abused and neglected youth. Programs and services include temporary housing, independent life skills training, street outreach and prevention services, comprehensive case management, counseling, financial literacy instruction, and more.
