Provides clients and any interested persons with information regarding social service agencies, disability, vocational rehabilitation, pharmaceutical assistance, hospital/doctor referrals, housing, transportation services, long-term care facilities and other pertinent health-related services. The program also provides client information packs that include literature on multiple sclerosis - the symptoms, disease process and treatments.
