To be eligible for health coverage through the Health Insurance Individual Marketplace, applicants: - must live in the United States - must be a U.S. citizen or national (or be lawfully present) - can't be currently incarceratedPlease note that subsidized coverage may not be guaranteed. Assistance depends on what health insurance the client qualifies for.

Trained and certified staff members can help individual consumers understand health coverage options, complete eligibility forms, and enroll in a plan through the health insurance marketplace. The NJ FamilyCare Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is also available to those who qualify.
