Assists motivated adults with disabilities in gaining the training, work, and skills necessary for greater independence. The Supported Employment program focuses on preparing them for the private sector through specialized training and counseling. Employment Specialists offer ongoing support post-placement to facilitate a smooth transition. Additional services cover review and evaluation, resume writing, interview, and job searching skills. Transportation assistance is available.
