The Family Outreach Program (FOP) offers counseling services, parenting skills education, advocacy, and linkage to community services for families and children who have been involved with the DCP&P or struggle to meet basic needs. Services are provided for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Spanish-speaking services are also available.
