Description
Hosts a 24-hour hotline that responds to parents' concerns and questions about the Division of Child Protection and Permanency and its services. The hotline addresses problems, takes appropriate measures to resolve such problems, and responds to concerns and suggestions from callers.

Responsible for investigating allegations of child abuse and neglect and, if necessary, arranging for the child's protection and the family's treatment. Services include protection, case management, foster care, adoption, and family supports and services through community providers.
