Supportive Assistance Individuals and Families (SAIF) | Ocean County Board of Social Services
Creates a safety net for families and individuals who exhausted their five-year time limit on welfare (Work First New Jersey [WFNJ]). Also aids if they do not meet the criteria for an exemption to the time limit.

Clients are referred when they reach 48 months of assistance receiving GA/TANF benefits.
