Offers permanent apartments for homeless youth, ages 18 - 21, providing supportive services to foster independence. Participants must seek employment and are encouraged to pursue education. Services include transitional housing, counseling, medical/mental health care, job/educational support, life skills training, recreation, community engagement, advocacy, aftercare, and leadership opportunities via a Youth Advisory Council.
