Eligibility

Individuals living with a disability and their families. Applicants must be registered with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities or the NJ Department of Children and Families' Division of Children's System of Care. - In-Home Respite Care services are available to individuals residing in Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Warren Counties.

Individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities not registered with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities must contact PeformCare to register. An over-the-phone application process will be conducted at that time. Call for more information.

This includes: Community-based drop off programs such as bowling, crafts, and movies, and In-Home Respite Care: Services may include dressing, feeding, in-home recreational activities, help with homework, and meal preparation.
