The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private health insurance, and self pay with a sliding scale fee system available. The Fee for Service Initiative (FFS) is also available.

Description

Provides supervised, structured programs offering a wide range of partial care services. These are coordinated by case managers, encompassing individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary and perinatal health care, family support programs, relapse prevention services, continuing care, and treatment for co-occurring disorders.
