Offers a toll-free helpline as well as a live chat and an e-mail for individuals needing further information specific to irritable bowel diseases (IBD). Such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Providing organization

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation

Offers to provide support for individuals with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) as well as hero's stories on how they handle the disease and how to transition to a healthy life. Also provides the Gut It Out Foundation to find a provider for each patient.
