Provides birth, marriage, and death records from 1878 to the present. Provides three types of records: certified copies with a raised seal, suitable for identity and legal purposes; certifications lacking a seal and intended for genealogy; and an Apostille Seal, necessary for certified records presented to foreign governments or for international adoptions. Records may also be obtained from a local registrar.
