Eligibility
Open to individuals residing in the service area who meet the following criteria:- Must be age 65 or older, or physically disabled;- Must have a specified medical condition that necessitates leaving the residence;- Must have a specified medical condition that necessitates a walkway be shoveled;- Must be the homeowner of the residence;- Must not have a physically-abled person or person age 65 or under living in the same residence;- Must have exhausted other attempts of receiving snow removal services

Description
Provides snow removal for at-risk elderly or disabled residents. Snow must have accumulated 4 or more inches. Work crews will be dispatched only after it has stopped snowing and will remove snow only during daylight hours.
