Eligibility
Developmentally disabled individuals from Somerset County. Individuals must have a lifelong mental/physical impairment that became apparent before age 22, and limits the individual in at least 3 of the following categories: - Self care - Learning - Mobility - Communication - Self direction - Economic self sufficiency - Ability to live independently
