Provides assistance to individuals or groups with any expressed need, giving immediate relief in emergency and critical situations through direct or referral services. Assistance that is available through this program includes:- Assistance for senior with their bills- PAAD/Lifeline applications- Information and referral- GED assistance- Computer literacy programsThe program also sponsors meetings and forums each year to address community problems or concerns.
