Description
Handles "no heat" complaints. Under the New Jersey state housing codes, from October 1 - May 1 yearly, landlords must provide enough heat so that the temperature in the apartment is at least 65 degrees from 6:00 pm - 11:00 am and 68 degrees at all other times.
