Eligibility

All participants must be 4 years of age or older and meet criteria by must be non-suicidal, non-homicidal, must be substance free, must not require a level of care more intensive than outpatient treatment, must be willing to cooperate with staff and/or comply with program policies.

Required documents

ID, insurance card, proof of address, proof of income, proof of financial hardship for financial assistance.

Description

Provides outpatient psychiatric services for individuals and families experiencing family dysfunction, adjustment issues, or depression. Services include individual, family, and marital counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, skilled therapists assist clients in helping them to return to optimal functioning and well-being.
