Description
Provides referrals for health screenings, treatment and services includes general health care and education with immunizations, nutrition, NJ's system of primary health care centers. reproductive health for family planning, prenatal care, and addictions, hotline for postpartum depression, specialized conditions for cancer education / early detection, cardiovascular disease, cystic fibrosis, pediatric primary care and WIC sites.
