Empowering families, the Center for Family Resources administers supportive programs such as Nurturing Parenting and A Safe Place. A Safe Place offers a confidential parent and child program addressing divorce, domestic violence, substance dependencies, and family stressors. Through separate group sessions for parents and children, families learn to strengthen relationships and grow closer. Meanwhile, Nurturing Parenting comprises workshops teaching a philosophy that fosters cooperation, respect, and self-worth within supportive and caring households.

Provides a head-start preschool program with an emphasis on school readiness for children with an extended full-day full-year option for working families.
