Individuals must meet at least 2 of the following criteria:- Elderly (60+)- Identify as having a disability/Receive SSDI or SSI (Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income)- Identify as having an autoimmune deficiency (HIV, Lupus, or some other autoimmune disease)- Experience homelessness or housing insecurity- Experience food insecurity- Experience financial insecurity
