Empower Camden City residents aged 18 and older with InDemand, a 5-week job training program focused on developing work-ready skills, earning industry-recognized credentials, and guiding individuals toward meaningful employment. In just 5 weeks, clients will gain essential career-finding skills, improve interview techniques, connect with job openings, and build a career support system. InDemand staff will cultivate positive attitudes, teamwork, strong work ethics, communication, personability, professionalism, and time management skills. Active participants receive transportation support, and assistance is available for obtaining a New Jersey Driver's Permit.
