Description

The Statewide Clinical Outreach Program for the Elderly (S-COPE) provides 24/7 crisis response and clinical outreach for older adults, ages 55 and older, who reside in nursing facilities and are having a mental health crisis. Services are offered out of screening centers, psychiatric inpatient units, and long term care facilities and include: - On-site assessments - Consultations - Clinical interventions - Short term counselingTrainings are also available for this program
