Provide respite care, community resource access, education, support groups (virtual and in-person), and caregiver training through the CARES program-Compassion, Access, Respite, Education, Support-created to guide caregivers at every stage of their journey.

The Tender

Provides specialized care to seniors and their caregivers via a social engagement model of care. Program fosters small group connections with engaging and meaningful activities. Each day is focused on socialization, creative expression, and cognitive engagement. A weekly support group meeting is held that provides community, education, and support to caregivers.
