The program accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private health insurance, and self pay with a sliding scale fee system available. The Fee for Service Initiative (FFS) is also available.

Description

Provides supervised, structured outpatient programs that offer individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary and perinatal health care, family programs, relapse prevention, and continuing care services. Additionally, this program is approved for Vivitrol.
