Description

Offers a half-day program, which includes snacks and a healthy, delicious lunch, in a safe, structured environment for persons living with Alzheimer's disease/dementia. The Adult Day Center enables people with memory loss to age in place with dignity by providing them with services that foster independence, socialization, and physical activity.

Provides specialized care to seniors and their caregivers via a social engagement model of care. Program fosters small group connections with engaging and meaningful activities. Each day is focused on socialization, creative expression, and cognitive engagement. A weekly support group meeting is held that provides community, education, and support to caregivers.
