Provides group homes the support of trained staff and meet the needs of individuals with a wide range of challenges. Efforts to secure quality of life for all individuals who find their home at SCARC are guided by plans comprised of carefully crafted, personalized goals and objectives. Individuals participate in the care of their home and many other activities designed to foster a sense of warmth, stability, and friendship among housemates.

Please call for an intake; or visit the website to email to schedule an intake assessment. Applicants must be referred to the organization by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Referrals for residential placement must be submitted by a DDD Support Coordinator.
Fee
Based on services provided.
Eligibility
Open to developmentally disabled individuals, ages 21 and older. Applicants must be eligible for services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). In addition, applicants must also be Medicaid and Community Care Waiver (CCW) eligible.
