Description
Provide a satellite pediatric department within a new, state-of-the-art school, and additional feeder schools for Neighborhood Health Center patients. Offers primary and preventive health care services, including disease screening, diagnostic laboratory and radiological services, emergency medical care, and referrals to other health and social services. Reduces access barriers through transportation, outreach, patient education, and translation services. Also provides case management, pharmaceutical services, and outreach for childhood immunizations and prenatal care. Offers preventive, restorative, and surgical dental care, and serves as a Healthstart Maternity Provider and Immunization Station.
