Description

Aims to address the needs of homeless young adults in preparation for living independently in the community. Also aims to model and teach young adults the value of acceptance, respect, tolerance, empathy, inclusion, education and employment.

Provides clinical, residential, educational, correctional, case management and monitoring services to at-risk children, adolescents, and families, particularly those who are otherwise unable to receive needed services.
