Provides a full range of adoption and foster care services, including:- Identified adoption- Home studies- Post-placement supervision- Adoption Complaint Investigations- Post-adoption counseling and support services- Background Search Reunion: Provides background reports for adult adoptees and searches and reunites for adult members of the adoption triad- Domestic Adoption: Facilitates domestic adoption of infants and young children of all racial backgrounds, some with special needs
