Description

Provides people who are unable to make their mortgage payments and at risk of losing their homes through foreclosure, or who are already in the foreclosure process. Counseling is also made available to renters that will guide them on how to approach discussions with their landlords on dealing with their rent situation.

Provides community members assistance to increase self-sufficiency financial education. and counseling on financial matters. Topics include budgeting, credit, debt repayment, bankruptcy, homeownership, foreclosure prevention, eviction prevention, and reverse mortgage.
