Eligible participants must be 18 years of age and have a primary psychiatric disability with a history of hospitalization and/or outpatient treatment. Applicants must be able to comprehend and agree to a goal-oriented service plan and be able to participate in Easter Seals' activities and recommended treatment programs within their community.Individuals seeking residential services must have a need for assistance in the areas of self-maintenance, understanding mental and co-occurring illnesses, medication education, social functioning, and skill development.

Provides support for individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders through programs offering residential supervision in structured environments. Services encompass case management, counseling, education on daily living, peer group meetings, social activities, and transportation. Supervision levels in residences are tailored to individual needs.
