Provides a self-directed day program for disabled adults over 21 years of age offering an array of services which include:- Academic tutoring- Job skill training and job sampling- Entrepreneurial job endeavors- Volunteer work/community services- Leisure and recreational activities- Physical fitness activities- Personal care services- TransportationAlso offers weekend and evening activities, hotel respite, and individual support services.

Application process
Must apply through a Division of Developmental Disabilities case manager or self-directed coordinator.
Eligibility
Adults ages 21 and older who are registered with Division of Developmental Disabilities and no longer being serviced by their local school district
