Description

Provides various service to young pregnant women and mothers to ensure their success, and wellbeing of their child. Services include but are not limited to: home visits, teaching parenting training and skills, child care assistance, referrals to family planning and social service agencies, reunification and family stabilization efforts, court transportation to access community services, and ongoing support.
