Provides a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week comprehensive information and referral service that connects people to human service organizations that can assist them. Callers can access NYC 311's services through the website, telephone, text message, Skype, and their mobile app. Crisis intervention and active listening services are available to users via all communication platforms.
